Best Choice for: installations with very high water pressure/flow, if your system is only average or occasionally low, the E5 unit is a better choice as you will get better performance. Buying a bigger throughput unit like the L10 won't give you more pressure as the unit can only utilize the pressure you already have.
Most camping/glamping sites will use the E5 as it copes better with low pressure and has a built in temperature gauge. If you are looking for a single shower installation for private use or for an oversized/rainfall style showerhead then the L10 may be suitable.
