Quality passed? what does that mean?

Absolutely nothing....................its just a label..........

Quality Control has examined this item and it passed inspection, it may not be safe, or passed any safety checks, not be suitable for the country its being sold to and has no certification to back up what the Quality Control tests were and who passed them.

The label cost 0.0001p or the tests to confirm the unit is legal cost around £10000, so in some cases the label is a cheaper option.

Check with Trading Standards if in doubt. https://www.gov.uk/find-local-trading-standards-office
